PM me your contact info and i'll forward it to be added to our group. Mainly ride on Saturdays, but training/races/travel means often there are people going out on Sunday. Doing a slow (16-18) this morning for about three hours leaving from SouthPoint area in Durham if you're interested. The main group is much faster.

There are also some people on beginnertriathlete that get together over by Jordan Lake from time to time. Good for swimming over there too

Also looking for someone to ride with in Durham, NC as I'll be moving there and don't know the area at all... I'm more concerned about safety issues. It would be great to connect with someone or some club.

Thanks for any information and feel free to send me a PM as well.

There's an LBS with several shops in the area. One of them is called the bicycle chain in Carrboro. On their website is a link to the local riding group. They head out from Wilson park in Carrboro several days per week.

There is also a group that goes out from Durham. Check it out

InsideOut Sports normally does group rides and runs, as well as Trysports

^Just an FYI, I think some of the area tri coaches (and myself) are going to be teaming up with Inside Out Sports and putting on some clinics at their new Raleigh location. Info, will likely be coming out soon if anyone in the RDU area is interested.
