last week`s goals: - 4 runs: WIN with 5, despite taking an unanticipated night off.
- 3 bike incl. getting my mountain bike out for the first time since being re-cabled: WIN with 4, 2hrs of which was single track on the mtb!
- 3 swims: WIN despite the pool being closed sunday - made it saturday afternoon instead. had a sudden ~10sec/100m drop in times, so i'm trying like hell to hang onto the new technique..
- 5 core/strength incl. 1 full workout: WIN/FAIL - no full workout.
this week's goals: - 4 runs including waterloo marathon sunday
- 1 bike
- 3 swims (short - just trying to keep my feel for the water)
- 5 core/strength including foam rolling
had an awesome long weekend (rode all 4 of my bikes!) - just trying to avoid taper crazies now!
