Any equestrian/horse riding gals here?
Hello ladies of ST I wanted to see if anyone here is 'in the know' of where I might go to sell this stuff.

I have some sentimental attachments as it was my mother's gear, but it does me no good. My mom loved to ride horses and this was her back up set of gear. All told with the custom leather chaps, helmet, boots, pants.....the whole getup was ~ $2,000.

If anyone here can point me in the right direction as to maybe the ST equivalent of equestrian forums I would be grateful. I do not like eBay and avoid it as much as possible.

Thank you ladies!

Assuming this is English and not Western attire, http://www.chronofhorse.com is what you're looking for. The classified section, instead of the forum, is where your tack is going to be listed.

I've had a friend use horseclicks.com. It's been a while since I've had a horse but am hanging onto my tack. Pleased that my 20+ year old chaps still fit :)

SallyShortyPants is right! http://www.chronofhorse.com/forum/ is the best American site. I think the best equivalent market in Canada is: http://www.equiman.com/forums/. Good luck!

Thank you gals. If any of you are in the know or care here is a link to CraigsList for an ad I put up. If you know of anyone that might be interested I would be grateful if you could steer them my way. Wanted to try local before heading to a 'horsey forum'.
