This is my second year on a Dulce. I'm 5'6" w/ a short torso and long legs (approx. 31.5" inseam) - I ride a small comfortably. I think a medium would work very well for you. The Dulce frame is the same as other Quintana Roo frames as far as geometry goes, it just happens to have a "less-male" paint job!

I'm not on a Dulce, but I currently ride a LuceroLite and did have a Seduza. I'm about 5'6" and ride a small, but I have the shortest torso ever and longer legs and these bikes have worked great for me. I tend to ride kinda steep though and I think that has something to do with it.

Test ride...you'll know fairly quickly if it'd work or if it can be adjusted into a comfortable range.
