Lake Placid Qualifying Spots

Does anyone know what 70.3 have qualifying spots for 2010 Ironman races. I know that CA and Florida have historically. I think Boise had some last year.

Looks like they haven't updated/posted the races yet?

In early November (right before IMAZ 2010 registration) I was looking at some 70.3 races. Honu, Augusta, Boise, and Rhode Island (the ones I looked at) had qualifying slots for all North American IMs. 2 weeks later, all the websites had been changed (they all had been standardized and the following link was added), except for Honu (which still says tentative).

A friend emailed WTC re: this, but has not heard back.

Are you looking for qualifying spots to Kona via 70.3 races or extra entries to various WTC IM's?

Thanks for the info. I am looking to do a 70.3 that will qualify me for a 2010 Kona-qualifier IM such as LP or CDA.

Appreciate any info

last year in 2009, Boise had open entries for IMCDA 2010. since they are 3 weeks apart, you can't do them in the same year. BUT you can enter before anyone else, but it is for the NEXT year.

i would check the IMC page, because they normally have some 1/2 IM races in Canada which can qualify you for that race in the same year (muskoka used to thave IMC slots). I understand what you are looking for, but WTC never seems to have their "qualifying" lists done in a reasonable time frame. can't figure out why they can't ever have this done early for most of us.
