ow I am slowtwitching from the med tent...with the tube out of my throat. Just up my nose and an O2 mask.
with albuterol or something else in it I'll write more when I get back to my computer.

I don't know. I was on pace to go 3:30 and having a great day until I started to walk to the subway to head to the race. It all went downhill from there.
