You are correct. The original plan was a 22 MILE run but I am not foolish enough to have raced 20 on Sunday, and run 22 today. So I cheated and did it in km.

I hope my 26th b-day falls on a Sunday so I can find a marathon to run ;-)

I have friends coming over for stuff on the grill, then going out for ice cream, a bit later. It's pouring rain. Great day for my outdoor plans LOL!

I did have a good day. Can it be my birthday again today :-)

Training is making me so tired - we had dinner last night, opened gifts (money for new running shoes!!! and some other non tri stuff), and then the plan was to go out for ice cream. I was so tired, LOL, I almost just wanted to go to bed. We did go get ice cream though.
