Client Support Specialist for the IT Department. 30k to 45k The ideal candidate will be able to provide basic user support for the full spectrum of technologies and systems. The position’s main focus will be for Help Desk, but will also be responsible for ensuring reliable and secure systems access and maintenance of basic system documentation. In addition, the position is responsible for handing off issues that cannot be safely or promptly addressed without further technical or business expertise and will serve as clerical and administrative support for the IT department. Customer service experience as well as two year of experience or more in the following areas is needed: IT experience supporting a services organization; general business processes and their interrelationships; basic information technology experience in an enterprise or data center environment supporting technologies and systems (such as Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Server, Cisco equipment, etc.); working with Intel and AMD-based Windows server systems; working with client workstations and peripherals such as multi-function devices and personal digital assistants. Candidate should have MCP, A+, or Network+ certifications and knowledge of office productivity software such as Microsoft Office..
