A little while back I posted about my knee pain during marathons, that doesn't come on until mile oh, say 20. I got checked out by a sports rehab place and have started my program. They are being wonderful, especially working with me on my schedule. It has also caused me to notice how badly my knees swing to the outside while I'm doing stuff! Yikes! I'm glad I'm working on this now and it's going great, because otherwise the fall hasn't been so hot ... I sprained and ankle, and when it was finally better I got sick for two weeks. So I feel like now I'm finally starting to get the ball rolling to work up to my winter running routine - I like to work on my run over the winter, since it's my weakness... :)

Excellent! Good news that PT will solve it for you. Kudos for not waiting until surgery was needed.
