I have a relatively mild tear in my left knee and it is really acting up lately. I have a mary mid-Feb and am wondering how to proceed with the training while it is frequently painful to walk. Any non-surgical ideas? I have the ice/ Aleve thing going already. Doing a good strength training regime. Is cutting back to one long run/one short run and lots of cycling/swimming a good route?
