Since the thread hasn't been started yet, here is goes:
Goals for last week:
1) Get in 3 morning workouts -- Done
2) Get in 3 strenght/core sessions -- Done
3) Cook dinner at home at least 3 nights -- Cooked two nights but at left overs on two additional nights.
Goals for this week:
1) Stretch, Stretch, Stretch
2) Have a blast at the ride-n-tie
