My time is too valuable to be spent doing it myself. Better spent getting more business and working on other projects that CANT be handed off to anyone.

tired of programming for fun? never. Tired of programming to a spec for things you don't care too much about and/or things that you've done already 39857239572 times before in other languages/environments/contracts so you can't reuse your code is a different thing.
