Just watched the video of Goggins... OMG he is amazing! Resting HR of 36, 1000 pull ups!? Navy Seal? Raises money for kids of fallen heroes? Wow...

And totally hot to boot... what a combination

I can barely sit in the sauna for a few minutes, let alone 60 mins at 180 degrees... yes 180 degrees!!!

This local triathlete once measured a resting heart rate of 32bpm.
and he used to teach martial arts. Hopefully he's not too skinny for you. :)

I came across this a few months ago. Goggins was getting into a spat of sorts with some blogger:

Haha... that was a good read... I like how Goggins ran a marathon to get to the marathon he was running! HAHA...

I'm not sure of the true purpose of that blog entry (a joke? serious?), but it was entertaining to read. Goggins sure has a lot of fans, they weren't giving the blogger one ounce of support...

I like how he supported one of his marathon times by the fact that he was pacing a fellow soldier... oh snap!

I think Lance is looking pretty hot here... more so than when he is in tip top cycling condition.

LOL, classic!

BTW, one of masters swim lane mates informed me that some Olympians are coming to Boise this Saturday for a clinic with the Y kids swim team. Yes, ladies, none other than Mr. Backstroke Olympic hotness himself, Aaron Piersol, will be in MY pool on Saturday morning.

Gee, I am suddenly feeling the need for a LONG swim workout Saturday morning, at the West Y. Maybe a few spinning classes there as well. And I guess I should do some weights. Hmmm. Might have to be there well until after lunch.... In fact, may just have to make it an all day event. I wonder if anyone will notice the camera shoved down my speedo.

I can't wait to tell the 15 year old. This summer, I was watching the swimming in Beijing, and she came into the room and literally stopped dead in her tracks and said "Whooooaaaa". I knowingly smiled, and said "Yes honey, that's Aaron Piersol, and it why swimming is so great to watch".

She's definitely gonna wanna go "work out" with me on Saturday morning.

Oh my!

Yeah, your daughter will probably decide to come work out with you. If I could afford the ticket, *I* would come work out with you!

This has always been one of my favorite photos - Aaron Piersol and Markus Rogan...MMMMMMMM.

Give me swimmers ANY day! Although I can't think Ryan Lochte is hot - his Mom and Dad were my swim coaches growing up, adn I knew him when he was 5 and running around in a little speedo and cowboy boots!
