- I had another not so great week. In what should have been my last big week before AmZof, I only got in 3 runs and 2 rides. Missed both my long run and long ride. How pathetic is that!!?
- Weight wise I did well. I was down over a pound on Friday and then put some on over the weekend due to monthly schedule, so I know it will come off again in a few days.
This week:
- Last long run before the race
- Two long rides this week
- Get down to 164 lb by Friday
