For me:
I'm starting to have doubts about being able to finish American Zofingen with so few miles on my bike. Gonna see how I feel over the next couple of weeks.

For me:
- Got in 3 out of 4 runs. Not great, but my running is feeling good.
- Amazingly, I actually got on my bike 2 times. One was a 3 hour hard ride. Felt good for the first two hours; last hour was tough, but I finished.
