That's why I said to ask the bridal couple beforehand -- It's a potential minefield because there are strong feelings on both sides of this issue, and the bridal couple's feelings must be respected. Personally, I would have thought it fun to conspire with my bridal party to ensure my friend's fiance caught my bouquet to set things up for him to propose.
