I've been trying to get my weight below 150 so I'm no longer an Athena. I'm using the Weight Watchers system. When my weight is over 160, I follow the program very well and lose weight. When I get to 158, I completely lose my motivation, eat everything in sight, and end up a few pounds over 160.
Has anyone else experienced this sort of problem and found a solution?
