Pretty good week. Healthy coping skills all days (I think I am at 11 weeks in a row at the end of today!), wrote in my journal most days, did a little strength most days. 6 swim (15,000 plus yards) and 5 runs (31 mi).

Goals this week: healthy coping skills, strength and journal most days, do stuff to make me faster. I have a three mile OW swim race sunday.
