my goals were more days w/ healthy coping skills and do stuff to make me faster. Check times two! 22 days in a row healthy coping skills :)

swam 5x total of 13,875 yds
run 5x 32.25 mi
some strength on a couple days

I had been in a pretty good "alternate swim and run days" and got out of that toward the end of last week. Goals this week are
- get back to what's pretty much alternating swim run days
- healthy coping skills
- do stuff that makes me faster
