My goals last week were healthy coping skills (5/7), minimal running (check)
2 runs (1.2 mi Mon, 2 mi Wed)
5 swims (13,300 m total)
2 bikes (both indoor, total 54 mi)
Bunch of walking and stairmaster

Our university shut down for Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday for snow so that was nice :)
Goal this week is to get back on the healthy coping skill bandwagon and journal every day

I actually got back in the pool yesterday after 5 months. There is a 3 session freestyle clinic on Sunday afternoons that I'm doing and I'll swim on my own this month and get back to masters in March. Working from home kills me - I barely leave the house.

I did ride the trainer once last week and did 8+ hours of my virtual reality exercise. That is so fun and addicting. 69 days in a row.
