I hope you're doing well, Dr. TC, and settled back home again.
I spent last week reflecting on what a lazy bum I have become and eating everything that wasn't nailed down. Subsequently, Labor Day weekend became the last hurrah before getting my shit back together. Again. I'm trying to decide if I want to go for IM70.3FL in December, since I'll be in the area anyway, so I spent some time planning what it would look like for me to get there. Also doing some cursory meal planning so I don't just consume junk.
Plan for this week:
Tues: 30 min run (done!)
Wed: 30 min run (done!)
Thu: 30 min trainer ride
Sat: Pumpkinman sprint
Sun: Pumpkinman 5K
Side question: when does early morning exercise give me that mythical "feel good" thing, again?!
