The fact that WTC purposely dragged their feet on getting the TUE approved, essentially preventing him from earning a salary from his job. What was he to do? He put his health first, followed doctor's orders and took a chance to earn a living while waiting too long. Is WTC after him, I think so. Why else would they try to impose a four year ban when other athletes got SIGNIFICANTLY less, even when they did not disclose they were taking a banned substance. Starky has always been forthright. Will he let this bring him down? Absolutely not.

No fella, he was told that his TUE had not yet been awarded. Part of this delay was that he didn't do the paperwork properly first time around. Read the RD.

He chose to ignore what he was told and raced knowing the possible penalty. He decided that he'd get a few k in prize money and would be fine.

Instead... Suspension, arbitration, expense. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

And he also chose to ignore his own statements that if you need a TUE to race you shouldn't be racing, that he felt TUEs were cheating etc etc.

And you chose to open an account to revive a dead thread.
