Mr. Alvarez did not have a license to carry firearms or an FID card. Mr. Alvarez was placed under arrest and is charged with Possession of a Class B Substance with Intent to Distribute, Possession of a Firearm without an FID (2 counts), Possession of an Assault Rifle, Possession of Large Capacity Feeding Device, Possession of Firearm During the Commission of a Felony and Improper Storage of a Firearm (2 counts). He will be arraigned in court.
