Glass? Ceramic? Non stick?

Size?

Looking to buy a new pan for this purpose since the one I use is too big.

Depends on the mix, but 9x9 or 8x8 thick walled metal. I'm not a fan of non-stick. Glass is for casseroles
Try adding some orange rind or Grand Marnier to the mix.

The orange rind sounds fabulous- how much do you put in.

I just dug through my mom’s stuff in my basement and found a 9x9 glass and metal pan - maybe I’ll do a bake off over the long weekend.

I like 9x9 metal. And I add a 1/2 cup Jack Daniels to my brownies.

It’s hotdish, not casserole.

Glass 9x9

Depends how orangey you like it, but start with the zest of 1 orange and adjust from there.

If you like the edges, get an all-edge brownie pan. Others are cheaper, but it’s really great for brownies (and lasagna).

Cooks illustrated evaluated this a while back. This won, pick the size you need, we have the 9” rounds I think.
