Today DHS has made a filing in the case today, where they admit they have misled the court and provided inaccurate statements. So they are just going to drop this nonsense and restore everything back to normal. Everyone should move on from this and not dig into this any deeper, sure multiple written statements given to the court by CBP's Trusted Traveler Programs director Pete Acosta were blatant lies and easily disproved, but they deeply regret it, so lets not focus on it.
