Looking for something to get general business news, news of the world, US news, etc.

Kind of tired of FoxNews/CNN, etc.

WSJ? Business week?

My local paper sucks. May consider larger city (MPLS Star/Trib).

Ideas?

We go with The Times. While it is certainly weaker on US news being from London, it's solid on international and a great departure from our American press. We had WaPo for awhile, but my wife got tired of it (I personally liked it).

WSJ, Economist, NYT all solid choices - I'd consider The Atlantic too.

I don't subscribe to any currently, but if I was comfortably retired right now, those are the 4 I'd love to peruse throughout the day.

The Economist is in my opinion the best for both international and unbiased US news (its UK based so no horse in the Democrat/Republican dog fight). And obviously good business / economic info - though it self-admittedly is conservative there.

Remember - It's important to be comfortable in your own skin... because it turns out society frowns on wearing other people's
