I did the Cirque route yesterday in 2 hour pseudo leisure pace. So nice up there . Only a couple ‘no fall ‘ zones . They have ropes, you’ll be fine

Did the Cirque Race 2 years ago - it is awesome. Really hard race but over in 2 or 3 hours.
