There was an 'update' to the Rollr a while back that was extremely misleading. The claims were that it no longer required a power meter. The detail was that Wahoo had implemented a speed/power curve in RGT that allowed it to be used via BLE in this way. It was a power estimator. The neat part being it was still interactive (SIM and ERG). This was ONLY for RGT.

Zwift has something similar but it's only a simple speed/power curve and requires the Rollr to be paired as a speed sensor with an assigned profile. There is no control/interactivity (SIM or ERG) when used this way with Zwift.

With the new update on the Android app, is there anyway to see Events further than 1 hour out? For example, when I'm chilling at night, what events are happening the next morning? I can't figure that out.

On the companion app? I'm looking at mine, and if I click on "events" I seem to be able to scroll as far into the future as I want.

Yes the companion app. My three click down boxes in the EVENTS page are checked ALL but default the title says, STARTING IN THE NEXT 60 MINUTES and I can't see any workouts starting after 60 minutes. There is nothing to change it from 60 minutes.

I just really wish I could customize the HUD/data dashboard!

Weird. I haven't changed any settings on mine, and when I click on "Events" it just gives a long list. I can scroll through, or click the arrow on the top of the screen to take me from "Today" to "Tomorrow" to days in the future.

That's the older version of the app. The new version is just like the desktop. It is horizontal view only and is literally identical to the desktop. I don't like it and wish I could get the older version back.

Is there an off the shelf PC that will run zwift great? I am currently casting my cell phone to a monitor. It works ok but the graphics are not the best. Looking to send $800 ish. Then after a pc is picked how do you add zwift to it. Etc etc. Or just buy an apple tv? I am not sure how to zwift via a pc or apple TV. Thank you

I know what you mean about the Events section on the desktop app though; that one is much less useful.

I tried to find an image sharing platform to show my screenshot but they're pay now and it's not that important. I guess nobody else has this problem? Not sure how I got a different app update than everyone else. I guess this Ask me Anything thread doesn't mean Answers for Everything, haha.

I don't think so. On my phone and iPad, I see the events the same way that you do. I think that people are confusing the Companion app (pictured) with Zwift itself.
