I like this part, he didn't steal as much as those other guys, so what's the big deal???

From the sounds of the article, he may have a point though if he is deemed to be on the clock 24/7. Only question will be if vacationing with your wife on the public's dime is counted as on the clock too..

The claim that the FEMA director needs access to secure communications is total bull. Would have been perfectly fine if he got a local Hickory NC IT contractor to install him a server in some closet in his house and if he used that for all communications.
