Heading to Palm Beach FL...

Hi there,

I am heading to Palm Beach Fl for work next Thursday-Sunday.

1 - Any local masters swim teams that allow drop ins?
2 - Any group rides in the area?
3 - Not bringing my bike. Any place to rent a bike to ride?
4 - Besides group rides, open to suggestions on where to ride.

Wellington Wahoos - haven't swam with them in a few years, but excellent facilities (LC x SCM x SCY)

Tri Bike Run in Jupiter rents bikes and sells tri stuff, it's pretty close to West Palm.

When I lived in West Palm I swam at Lake Lytal an did an occasional drop-in masters swim there. I got most of my miles either commuting or on the trainer but with the occasional ride down something like the A1A.

It depends where exactly in Palm Beach. West Palm Beach? Wellington? Palm Beach Gardens?

If you are closer to Palm Beach Gardens/ Jupiter area, I can give you some suggestions.
