Late to the party on this thread and not reading it through to know if somebody else mentioned this. Normally I liked Cheryl Crow but she absolutely butchered this Led Zep classic, Robert Plant could hit the high notes way better than Cheryl.

Most Neil Young songs are awful to begin with; "Powderfinger" (when performed with Crazy Horse) is not bad

This takes it back to the "awful" side of the road

Chipmunks on 16 speed is Toronto-based musician Brian Borcherdt, slowing The Chipmunks' vocals from sped-up to normal speed, while the music slloooooooooows down

I love Dave Mathews Band but their cover of "All Along the Watchtower" is brutal. On the flipside, The Sundays' cover of the Rolling Stones' "Wild Horses" might be the best cover ever, better than the original.

I have a special bond with The Cure, so this just hurts so much

Knowing that THIS is out there, balances everything out (it's not perfect, but it better than the shit Vedder put down)

I haven't looked through the entire thread lately, but has anyone mentioned the atrocity that is David Bowie and Mick Jagger covering 'Dancing in the Street'. Bonus shame points for the video.

It's actually a pretty OK cover of Iggy, but using it in a Walmart commercial is unforgivable

Lara Trump doing ''I Won't Back Down'' is not only way worse than Tom Petty's original. It's got the be one of the worst things on Youtube.

The Tom Petty estate should get a restraining order to stop this, and make her sing Ted Nugget songs!
