I bought these Aerobars this winter unused from a guy on craigslist who said he worked at REI and bought them with an employee discount. I have had them for about a year and used them in the Oceanside and Baja 70.3's this spring. No problems with the bars at all, just upgrading to a completely new bike.
The bars include all parts: endcaps, forearm pads, and shims if you have old-school narrow-gauge (26mm I think are the skinny ones) handlebars, like my sweet red bike below. The bars fit new-style wider bars too, without the shims.
