Does anyone know the widest tire size that will work on a Kestrel 4000LTD (2012 model)?

Pretty much everything from that era was a max of 23mm. You MIGHT be able to fit a 25mm tire in depending on the tire/wheel combo and frame limits - but it will be tight, and you wont know until you have a fully inflated 25mm tire on a wheel on the bike!
