Dealer manual for Felt B14?
I assume that when a dealer gets in a new bike that they have a detailed manual to build it up. Is there any way for normal mortals to get their hands on the manuals? Specifically, I'm looking for the manuals to a 2019 Felt B14. I typically do all my on wrenching and I would like to be prepared.

Well... they publish them on their website, but it doesn’t look like they have the B series manuals out there. Maybe you could experiment with some google searches and find them buried out there.

Nothing particular at the moment. I bought the bike for my son and the handlebars were squeaking. It turned out to be something in the fork/stem/headset area. I just took it apart and tightened everything properly but it got me thinking that it would be a lot easier to find any manuals now, instead of several years down the road when something critical breaks right before a race.

I learned this lesson with my old bike, a 2002 Cervelo P2K. It turns out that when the bike is 17 years old, it is hard to find good info on the parts!

I don't understand why bike companies don't publish their full documentation. I had the same problem with my wife's Speed Concept. For that one I was able to find the dealer manuals online but it looked like they were published on accident. I'm guessing that bike companies don't publish all their info because the LBS wants the business?

If a component on a bike breaks, it isn't the frame manufacturer's issue.
