I've got a sample training week I repeat during base building, wich include this session on the bike:
7x5min with 4min rest
The aim is to work just above threshold, z4-5.
I'm looking for some sessions with the same goal (acculumulate 30-40min of work just above threshold).
If you have some ideas ?
