I'm 25 weeks pregnant, living in the southeast, and it's going to be 95+ degrees every day this week- yay. I've been running outside early 3-4 days a week in the morning but it's still sticky and very hot. I've found that I am generally very dehydrated since I've been pregnant even without running- I've been drinking 6-7 liters a day of water and I'm still thirsty. Anyone have any suggestions on non-caffeinated non-sugary drinks/powders/etc that I can carry in a small handheld bottle with me on my runs? Thanks!
