Why do you think you won’t be able to watch the archives? I just logged in with my 2017 pass and can still watch everything.

2015 ITU seasons onwards would not play for whatever reason? I don't know how you're able to log on with your 2017 pass mine ran out a few days ago.

Just checked for sure. Started both a 2015 and 2009 video. Both worked fine.

I was trying for weeks on two different formats, any season before 2015 was working fine thanks for having a look, I want assurance from someone who works on the site that its working before i'll renewing my subscription.

yea i can watch any video in the library. not sure what your issue is. my subscription auto renewed earlier this week.

I'm having the same issue. Videos from 2015 onward don't work for me. I get this error:

Mine auto-renewed last week, but I have had no problem with archives. On the weekend I watched the 2015 and 2016 MTR worlds, and 2016 Stockholm without issues. Are you clicking into the library, and then the year, and looking at the available videos?

Yes. My subscription is still good for a few more weeks. They changed the website layout, it looks completely different now. But yes, I go to the library, select a year and a race. 2014 videos worked fine for me, but nothing from 2015 onward. They all give me that error.

OP, is that the same error you are getting?

I also have the same issue: videos in Library from 2015-2017 display error "This Event Has Been Deleted". My triathlonlive.tv account is active and I can view videos from 2014 and older. I have submitted a ticket through their support website and will post here if there is any response/update.

I'll have to try at home again. I tried on my computer at work and get the same error message that you have there. But as I said, I watched several 2015 & 2016 races on the weekend with no issues at home.

Where do you watch these? YouTube stopped showing them so I wasn’t sure how I could watch on my smart tv anymore (obviously I’m a low tech guy).

Im not the only one it seems, was begining to think it was me!

From 2015 ITU season the video's would play, it would play the first few secs opening sequence and then go back to the start.

Still no reply from the website, im away the weekend so would be nice to get a reply from TL its the only hope I have of watching the first race of the season.

Looks like they were having an issue which has now been resolved... logged in yesterday for my lunch and got the above. Submitted a ticket and marked as resolved this morning... confirmed vids work now.

Looks like some system changes on thier site with this years membership, probably tech growing pains with the streaming of vids.

It's a yearly subscription, and they have quite a big archive of old races, and you can see the live ones too. Totally worth it. I love getting on the trainer, Zwift on the laptop screen, and a race on the TV.

My service has also been fully restored, so looks like TriathlonLive is back in business!

Considering the ITU is partnering with a new company to manage some of the aspects of their events, which includes the Triathlon Live channel, it's likely part of them migrating the channel to the slightly different platform that is now being used. Either way, glad they fixed the issues, so that hopefully everything is good for the live coverage of Abu Dhabi this weekend...

For the record i'd like to point out this site is very poorly admined. Certainly if someone is in charge of the social media sites they need to explain why they completely ignore customers.

Bit the bullet and re subscribed! Despite Triathlon live getting back to me and assuring they had fixed the problems im having exactly the same issues (can't play video's from the 2015 season onwards) jokers!

Can all those who was having similar issue as me check please?

I've had no issues since that first episode... not sure what fixed it but I'm good.

For what it costs and for what you get it’s a great deal. $20 or $30? Cmon. It’s got hours of footage.

To tack onto this... my streaming is working fine on my PC and phone.

I have a Samsung 8000 series TV and using the web app on it, the video plays a couple of seconds and starts over.

I can send it from my from phone using TV Cast... but wondering if anyone else had this issue? First world problems I know... but wondering if someone might have noticed the same and found a fix.

The video content is great, and I'm like a 4 year subscriber, but it irks me that they don't have a mobile app or Roku support. Won't stop me from subscribing (which speaks to the quality of their exclusive content), but it's a bit annoying.

I have always just watched the Triathlon Live videos on my iPhone, and then AirPlay them to the big screen via the Apple TV. That was a bit flakey for a bit, but I have found it super stable if I do it from the video itself (clicking the bottom bar of the video, and the air play icon there, rather than trying to mirror my screen onto the TV, where it tends to cut out every few minutes...

I'm pretty satisfied with the content, it's a bit frustrating when they are constantly naming the wrong athletes in the packs, but I know that's hard for announcers/commentators to pick out in real time (especially when their commentary post is generally a trailer, and they're likely watching the race on much smaller screens than we are...)...

Yeah I'm playing the vids in a similar fashion and it works... so I'll just go with my work around.

And yes... I noticed the announcer went through a race talking about the wrong guy... think it was Abu Dhabi and Fabian for ITALY was off the front on the bike and the announcer kept talking about the FRENCH athlete off the front trying to get noticed by the French Olympic team... I'm like "that's an Italian"... there's green on that guys uniform... green, white, red... not blue white and red.

He (Barrie Shepley) corrected himself as they got off the bikes I think but went on and on about the French athlete off the front on the bike... nope.

Still can't play video's from 2015 season, still haven't replied to my email (sent nearly two weeks ago after re subscribing)
