1. The workouts are short and unsatisfying.
2. I'm hungry, but I can't eat a mountain of food (see #1).
3. I'm bored....not enough activity on ST to fill the time left available by #1.
4. There's nothing left to buy on Amazon.

Ugh....race isn't until Sunday.
