1. Attention to detail
2. Ability to understand customer, millitary, and scientific specifications
3. Knowledge of AMS 2750, NADCAP, AS 9100 and AMS 2759 is a plus
4. Good communication skills
5. Be a good team player
6. Have good orginization skills
