I posted this in the non-womens forum but figured I may have some luck over here.
We (Targetraining) are starting to put together our tri team for 2009 and we are looking for a female pro triathlete BASED out of the CT/greater NYC area. Are there any? If you know anyone that may be interested let me know.
Is Cassie McWilliam pro? She's based in Rye.
And those Wassner girls, they're still in the area aren't they?
Rebecca Wassner is in NYC I think and her twin Laurel? is in Hoboken NJ. Both are very fast. Cassie McWilliams is an AGer but good enough to be pro. There are not a lot of pros based in the area but a lot of very good AGers. If you want to make a team of elite female AGer's in the NYC area you would have no problem finding those. If you make a team like that, I am interested :) I live in NJ so I may be too far away.
Correct, Rebecca Wassner is always listed as hailing from NYC in the results. Cannot seem to find contact info for her.
Does anyone know of a female pro triathlete that would consider being based out of the CT/NYC area?
