Ive tried coppertone, No Ad, neutrogena, etc I love neutrogena and still use it on my face every day, and the khiels doenst stain around the collar...I suppose they make one for the body too and likely way expensive...what do you use that works?

Rusty!? interesting! never heard of that problem.

Try the Bullfrog spray or Kinesys spray. Both spray on kinda oily but quickly absorb and dry. I think the Bullfrog provides better protection and is waterproof, while the Kinesys is only resistant. For daily (non-workout) use on my face, I use Clinique CityBlock. But I really love Bullfrog.

Do you have alot of iron in your water? It can react with avovebezone--the ingredient in some sunscreens that block UVA--and make rust colored stains on clothes. I would fix the water problem before giving up UVA protection as UVA caused skin cancer.
Good luck!

I haven't had issues with staining, but I can't use Neutrogena on my face because of allergies. I've had good luck with the All Terrain brand of sunscreen, TerraSport and AquaSport, the latter supposedly having more staying power in water. In California, Long's Drugs carries the TerraSport, but I have to order the AquaSport online (REI, Team Estrogen). Both are full UVA/UVB and don't have avovebezone, if that's what causes the staining. It can be a little runny and leave a bit of a white-ish tint. On work days, I use Rocky Mountain Sunscreen on my face to avoid the white film.
