New Tri Geek Spreadsheet is available on Cruciblefitness...not an advertisement..

This is a triathlon training log with lots of tri specific calculators included. I created it to raise money for the Lance Armstrong Foundation. It does not cost you anything to download. It is an excel spreadsheet. This year's version has an improved user interface. I think you will find it as good as software packages that some are paying big bucks for. It is on Rich Strauss's site. Download the Tri-Geek Spreadsheet at:

Hope you find it useful. Remember, if you use it, send Lance some money.

The old version will not work in 2003. This one will work in any year. THe user interface is much better also, plus a couple of new calculators.

Just wondering if you have any plans to include zones in the swim section. I think it would be useful to have swim zones, especially for tracking workouts in masters groups where shorter harder intervals are common.

I have just downloaded the file and will forward some cash after a few weeks of trial.

Cheers,

Richard
