ATC and Jack & Adam’s are both quality shops, though I cannot speak to their wetsuit selection. Perhaps Jack Mott will chime in; I believe his wife works at or is somehow affiliated with Austin Tri-Cyclist.
ATC has a great wetsuit collection; I’d guess the best in town.
Jack & Adams is only a block away, so if ATC doesn’t have something you can check there as well.
look up TJ at swim shops of southwest. He has a few stores in the Woodlands/Spring area.
Swim Shops of the Southwest is going to be your best bet in The Woodlands area.
You know it won’t be wetsuit legal, right?
i’ve been to ATC once… LOVED the store. LOVED IT.
Austin isn’t exactly en route direct from Dallas to Houston. However, if you are passing through, Austin Tricyclist probably has the best wet suit selection, but I do know that Jack & Adams sells TYR, and also around the corner is Bicycle Sport Shop, which has I think 2XU and Zoot suits. All 3 stores are great places to shop.
But also, IMTX is only wet suit legal if you want to start in that second wave.
Just heading down to watch! No longer the guy that buys new gear the day before the race.
We are driving 10 hours from Rkansas so any chance to stop by somewhere fun like Austin is welcome even if it is out of the way a few hours!
ATC for sure…Adam, Kaleb and the guys there were great to deal with in all aspects. had them build me an S5 and bought another bike there as well, among other things.
