The click bait you posted is from "The First". It is a propaganda network whose lead draw is Bill O'Reilly. The 15 second clip you posted does not show Biden "falling asleep mid interview" as you claimed. He is clearly thinking about his response for a few seconds.
Here is the full interview. You can see that, once again, the echo chamber you live in feed you bullshit. He did not "almost fall asleep" he was clearly thinking about what his wife's feelings were about him running again.
