Very curious on this as well. Radsport make a wedge that can give additional tilt as well as about 20mm of addition pad extension. Would be very interested though in finding something that offers significantly more extension like seen above. Seems like a lot pros are utilizing something similar on their CFRs. Thanks Ian!
