When should have the pro's started when PTO already stated they wanted separate races for AG and pro's?

ETA: The timeline are basically the same as any AG / pro race that aren't at the same time. AG's race in morning, pro's race later. Happens all the time at ITU events and is same time line as previous PTO events.
