55 days of healthy coping skills!

Last week 4 swims for 11,000 + yards total, and 5 runs for 30 mi total. I did at least one strength exercise on 5 days so I met that goal.

This week: healthy coping skills. Major challenge is my travel day Wednesday. Do things that make me faster. Keep up the strength stuff. LCM swim meet Saturday!
