Thanks. I only really have time for singles and have done maybe 3-4 doubles this whole time. A few of the other ones were warm up/cool downs from time trials. I think single provide better training up to 70-80 mpw.
Hit 100 miles on 7 runs last week with one good speed session. Two weeks ago I felt like trash and was ready to call it after a 50 mile week. Running is weird.
