yes this year no consecutive z3+ days for me. i lended myself to the community as test subject. 2 days is what i believe the body can handle sustainably.
I completely agree. 2 per week is a much better number than 5, 6 or 7.

and as of that post that maybe on the back burner. took a nasty hit on the bike. popped something back in and was able to soft pedal home . so maybe thankful just to finish this basic challenge.
