GOALS:
I want to roll into spring (Aprilish/May) with being faster and going longer.
Run: I want to be able to do a half marathon and holding a quicker pace and get my mile times down to the low 8:00s for 5-6 miles and 7:00s or better for 5k. I am currently running on treadmill at 10:30 (purposely with an easy pace) and on the road at 8:50ish to 9:30s.
Ride:I want to avg 20+ mph for 25 miles regardless of terrain. I have a mixture of flats and hills depending where I go.
I also want to do a sprint in May or June.
